Martinique will be hosting the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s State of the Industry Conference from Oct. 16 to Oct. 18, the CTO announced in a release.

The official opening will be on the 16th of October, followed by two full days of plenary sessions.

The conference will be preceded by CTO business meetings Oct. 15 and 16.

Martinique will be hosting the conference for the first time, as part of a bid by the French department to deepen its tourism ties with the wider Caribbean region, as first reported by Caribbean Journal.
